Job summary

Sysco is seeking an Outbound Supervisor for FreshPoint Central California in Glendale, CA. The role supervises the night shift, ensures safe, efficient operation and adherence to SOPs, and leads a team of dock, selectors, and order pullers.

You will manage staffing, schedules, and discipline, coordinate with sales, purchasing, and inventory control, and drive performance and accuracy on outbound orders. This is a full-time position with eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year warehouse/operations experience with perishable goods.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and train hourly employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dock and cooler processes.
• Review, coach, and develop outbound associates.
• Monitor work, enforce policy and safety requirements.
• Issue discipline when necessary.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and inventory control to ensure accuracy and quality.
