Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Warehouse Worker Nights to support daily operations in a safe, efficient environment. You will operate scales, perform manual and equipment maintenance, and manage palletized product handling weighing up to 50 pounds.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards. This position requires comfort working in cold environments, forklift or pallet jack use, and basic math for inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Pallet Jack or forklift certification preferred.
• Hand held scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to work in cold environment.
• Team-oriented approach and good communication.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication.

Responsibilities

• Operate general processes and basic maintenance of the auto scale.
• Perform manual scaling at reweigh station and maintain equipment.
• Stack boxes weighing 50 pounds on pallets by product code.
• Assist with rework and identify cases for return.
• Submit daily scale adjustment reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Rotate stock as required and operate forklift/pallet jack safely.
