Job summary

Pitney Bowes Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead a production team and ensure on-time mail flow and quality standards. You will organize workloads, supervise staff, and partner with management to meet USPS and client deadlines.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience in a mail/production setting, strong Excel/Access skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a mail/production environment.
• Experience with USPS requirements and/or regulations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access along with MS Word basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production workers on the designated shift.
• Interview, hire, train, and appraise employees.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to Total Quality Management processes.
• Assist in USPS and internal reports, job costing, and compliance.
• Communicate clearly across shifts and motivate staff.
