Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Santa Fe Springs operation on a 3rd shift, 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM, to lead a team of 20+ employees and manage inbound/outbound schedules, inventory accuracy, and payroll coordination.

You will plan staffing, assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering on customer metrics and operational procedures in a fast-paced warehousing environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviews inbound appointment log and open order report daily to plan work activities.
• Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determines staffing needs and schedules staff accordingly.
• Assigns workers to duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Monitors productivity and ensures accuracy of inventory records with Inventory Control.
