Qualifications

• 3+ years warehouse distribution experience.
• 1+ year supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to multi-task, work flexible hours, and lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks in moderate to high noise environments, including walking, standing, bending, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, ensure safety and compliance, coordinate associate schedules, lead training efforts, monitor KPIs, and maintain a productive, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and address work-related issues as needed.
• Support department staffing, performance management, and development initiatives.
