Job summary

Sygma Dallas/Ft Worth is hiring a Warehouse Manager for night shift to oversee the safe receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods in a non-climate controlled facility. You will manage inventory, processes in Macola, and oversee staff to meet productivity targets.

The role requires 2–5 years in supply chain/warehouse management, proficiency with WMS and MS Office, and forklift certification. The position emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
• 2 to 5 years of Supply Chain/Warehouse and Management experience.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management platforms and Inventory systems.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Forklift certification or ability to pass.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily processing of all Purchase Orders and Stock Purchase Orders in Macola.
• Ensure warehoused goods are disbursed to the picking line within the required time.
• Oversee receiving, inventory control & returns processing.
• Train staff, supervise workflow and resolve problems.
• Enforce proper use of Instawarehouse equipment.
• Ensure proper delivery and pickup of inventory with appropriate shipping sources.
• Maintain clean, organized floor areas and safety compliance.
• Motivate and lead the team to meet productivity targets.

Education
