Job summary

Mr. Greens Produce Inc is seeking a Night Warehouse Manager to oversee the night shift and ensure efficient warehouse operations. You will supervise inbound and outbound processes and drive safety, quality, cost reduction aligned with KPI goals.

Responsibilities include leading the overnight team, maintaining accuracy, and generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Prior food-industry experience and 3+ years in warehousing management are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehousing management experience.
• Night shift availability required.
• 1 year Fresh Produce experience preferred.
• Prior experience working in the food industry.

• Manage overnight / night operations of the warehouse, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion.
• Lead and develop an overnight / night warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in overnight / night operations.
• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Responsible for associate development through training on policy & procedures.

Job Summary

The Night Warehouse Manager will be directly responsible for the supervision of the night shift. Responsibility includes managing all operational requirements with a focus on quality, safety, cost reduction, company policy as well as other areas as determined by Management. Accountable for executing business plans from department goals, objectives to meet key performance indicators (KPI) and to achieve safety, quality, value, and cost reduction.

• Responsible for associate development through training on policy & procedures. Creates a cohesive organization by keeping lines of communication open and directs workforce to insure efficient workflow.

Requirements

• 3+ years of previous warehousing managing experience.
• Power Pallet Jacks: (Required)
• 1 - year Fresh Produce experience preferred
• Night Shift (Required)
• Prior experience working in the food industry.
• Must be able to work effectively with other employees, and other departments within the company.
• Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, and reach.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in 35 to 70-degree temperatures.
