Job summary

Mr. Greens Produce is seeking a dependable Night Loader for the warehouse team in Central Florida. You will load orders onto delivery trucks, verify route accuracy, and maintain organized, secure loading operations.

Operate pallet jacks and forklifts, follow FIFO, and report shortages or damages promptly. This full-time night shift supports on-time deliveries and inventory integrity across a growing Florida produce distributor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, loading, distribution, or produce industry experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load produce and other food products onto delivery trucks according to route manifests and loading schedules.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure products are loaded in the correct sequence for delivery routes.
• Inspect products for quality, damage, and proper packaging before loading.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading dock and warehouse environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Secure loads to prevent product damage during transportation.
• Communicate shortages, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
• Assist with unloading inbound shipments as needed.
• Perform inventory checks and stock rotation following FIFO procedures.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and safety standards established by the company.
• Support other warehouse functions as assigned.

With deliveries 365 days a year, 7 days a week, and multiple runs per day, we have set the gold standard for service. We serve a diverse range of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores, and retail outlets.

Mr. Greens Produce is seeking a dependable and hardworking Night Loader to join our warehouse team. The Night Loader is responsible for accurately loading customer orders onto delivery trucks, ensuring products are properly organized, secured, and prepared for timely distribution. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time deliveries to customers.

Work Schedule

• Night Shift: Sunday through Friday
• Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (or as business needs require)
• Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required based on operational needs.
