Job summary

Mr. Greens is seeking a Night Warehouse Manager to supervise the night shift and oversee all warehouse operations. The role focuses on quality, safety, cost reduction, and KPI achievement across overnight processes.

You will lead a night crew, ensure accuracy, generate daily/weekly/monthly reports, and train staff on policy adherence. This position requires lifting 50 lbs and working in 35–70 degree environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years warehousing management experience.
• Experience supervising a night shift preferred.
• Must be able to operate power pallet jacks.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Clear communication and teamwork with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight/ night warehouse operations including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion.
• Lead and develop the overnight warehouse team to deliver high service levels.
• Maintain accuracy in night operations and produce regular performance reports.
• Ensure policy compliance, safety, quality, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Provide training on policies and procedures and sustain open communication channels.

With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.Job Summary:The Night Warehouse Manager will be directly responsible for the supervision of the night shift. Responsibility includes managing all operational requirements with a focus on quality, safety, cost reduction, company policy as well as other areas as determined by Management. Accountable for executing business plans from department goals, objectives to meet key performance indicators (KPI) and to achieve safety, quality, value, and cost reduction.Responsibilities:Manage overnight / night operations of the warehouse, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion.Lead and develop an overnight / night warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.Maintain high levels of accuracy in overnight / night operations.Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisResponsible for associate development through training on policy & procedures.
