Job summary

Mr. Greens Produce is seeking a dependable Night Loader to join our warehouse team. You will load orders onto delivery trucks, verify accuracy, and ensure proper packaging. The role requires safe operation of pallet jacks and forklifts while maintaining a clean loading dock and compliance with food safety policies.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, FIFO rotation, and communicating discrepancies to supervisors. Night shift offers opportunities for overtime based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, loading, or produce industry experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load produce and other food products onto delivery trucks according to route manifests and loading schedules.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure products are loaded in the correct sequence for delivery routes.
• Inspect products for quality, damage, and proper packaging before loading.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading dock and warehouse environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Secure loads to prevent product damage during transportation.
• Communicate shortages, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
• Assist with unloading inbound shipments as needed.
• Perform inventory checks and stock rotation following FIFO procedures.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and safety standards established by the company.
• Support other warehouse functions as assigned.

We serve a diverse range of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores, and retail outlets.Mr. Greens Produce is seeking a dependable and hardworking Night Loader to join our warehouse team. The Night Loader is responsible for accurately loading customer orders onto delivery trucks, ensuring products are properly organized, secured, and prepared for timely distribution.
