Job summary

Cardinal Health in Madison, MS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and ship orders and to support warehouse operations. Training will cover equipment operation and safety procedures; candidates with basic tech skills can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a Sunday-Thursday shift 7:00PM-3:30AM (or until task complete) with starting pay $19.40–$27.80 per hour including shift differential, plus a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401k, HSA, FSAs,

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with little or no warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with heights up to 30 feet.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication; basic tech Skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders: pick, QC, pack, and prepare shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and perform inventory tasks.
• Be willing to train and operate material handling equipment as needed.
