Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train new selectors on the selection process.
• Train warehouse staff on safety-related issues.
• Audit pallets and work for quality and compliance.
• Assist with loading, inspection, and load quality.
• Collaborate with supervisor to cover the desk when needed.
• Investigate incidents and workplace injuries.
• Prepare accident-related compliance forms and maintain files.
• Develop safety reports and cost-saving recommendations.
• Develop employees engaged in safety, training, and compliance.
