Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Lead Warehouse Specialist – Night to join the WH operations team. You will design processes, support ASRS/AGV, and lead material flow from receiving to shipping while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You will coach staff, manage workloads, and ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, and EPA requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with knowledge of SAP/EWM a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Past experience in warehouse/logistics in GMP environment preferred.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support site startup and provide SME in warehouse operations.
• Maintain safe work environment and support all health, safety, and environmental goals.
• Coach and direct employees; assign daily/weekly schedules.
• Handle unloading/loading, receiving, and interfacing with WMS; support cycle counting.
• Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance; participate in quality initiatives and audits.
