Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a warehouse associate in Oregon to oversee shipping, receiving and put-away functions. You will lead a team, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and help manage rotation, packing, and returns within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, and 3+ years of warehouse experience with logistics or material handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others you come into contact with through your job.
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education/Training:

Licenses/Certifications:

• Minimum three (3) years warehouse experience, with logistics or material handling preferred

Knowledge/Skills:

• Excellent time management skills while working in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements :

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull 50 lbs. repetitively and up to 100 lbs.
• Push/Pull 165 lbs. kegs
• Work mostly indoors, occasionally outdoors

Compensation

• Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
