Performance Food Group in Marshall, MN is seeking a Night Warehouse Coordinator to support shipping, data entry, and warehouse operations on a Sunday-Thursday 4:00pm–12:30am shift, with overtime as needed.

You will operate forklifts per GMP and safety standards, schedule shipping, provide admin support, handle data entry, and assist with training while communicating with customers, vendors, and co-workers to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-2 years Warehouse shipping admin support and data entry experience.
• Forklift Operator certificate and Electric Cart Certificate.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklift in warehouse following GMP and safety standards while ensuring product flow.
• Schedule and confirm all site shipping.
• Provide administrative support including paperwork and data entry.
• Answer questions and resolve issues based on warehouse knowledge.
• May assist with training.
• Interact professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers to ensure timely responses.
• Work as a team member and perform duties to support the company.
• Assist in moving trailers in and out of dock doors and loading trailers.

This Job is located in Marshall, MN.

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday; 4:00pm - 12:30am; with overtime as needed

The Night Warehouse Coordinator position will perform the following duties:

• Responsible for operating forklift in warehouse observing all safety regulations and ensuring all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process.
• Schedules and confirms all shipping for site.
• Provides administrative support for this area including the communication, paperwork and system data entry.
• Answers questions and solves issues based on extensive warehouse and company specific knowledge.
• May assist with training.
• Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
• Assist in moving trailers in and out of dock doors and loading of trailers.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1-2 years Warehouse shipping admin support and data entry experience.

Preferred qualifications:

Forklift Operator certificate and Electric Cart Certificate

2-4 years Warehouse shipping admin support and data entry experience.
