Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Night Warehouse Coordinator in Minnesota (Marshall) to support shipping operations on a Sunday–Thursday schedule from 4:00pm to 12:30am, with overtime as needed. Responsibilities include forklift operation, shipping coordination, and continuous process support.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of warehouse shipping admin support and data entry experience. Forklift and electric cart certificates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift in warehouse following GMP and safety rules.

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and coworkers.
• Work as a team member and perform duties to support the company.
• Assist in moving trailers in and out of dock doors and loading trailers.

The Night Warehouse Coordinator position will perform the following duties:

• Responsible for operating forklift in warehouse observing all safety regulations and ensuring all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process.
• Schedules and confirms all shipping for site.
• Provides administrative support for this area including the communication, paperwork and system data entry.
• Answers questions and solves issues based on extensive warehouse and company specific knowledge.
• May assist with training.
• Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
• Assist in moving trailers in and out of dock doors and loading of trailers.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1-2 years Warehouse shipping admin support and data entry experience.

Preferred qualifications

Forklift Operator certificate and Electric Cart Certificate

2-4 years Warehouse shipping admin support and data entry experience.
