Job summary

Martignetti Companies is seeking reliable warehouse personnel for a fast-paced environment. This is a union position (Local 404). The hourly rate is $23.63, with hours Sunday–Thursday 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM.

Responsibilities include picking and loading cases, driving dock plates onto vehicles, and palletizing for delivery. Candidates must be able to lift ~50 lbs and follow safety rules, while joining the local union.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate safe lifting and follow safety rules.
• Ability to read and record orders, inventory, and pallet tickets.
• Able to lift cases averaging 50 lbs.
• Able to operate two-wheeled hand truck and pallet equipment over 150 lbs.

Martignetti Companies is looking for reliable, hardworking, warehouse employees to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a union position (Local 404).

Hourly Rate: $23.63 per hour

Hours: Sunday – Thursday 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Position Overview

Picking and loading cases in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Individual will be required to join local Union.

Key Accountabilities

• Picking cases and bottles
• Drive over dock plates onto vehicles
• Repetitively lift, push, pull, bend, and reach cases averaging 50 lbs
• Palletizing cases on pallets for delivery

Requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to demonstrate effective use of safety rules including proper lifting
• Ability to read and record orders, inventory, and pallet tickets with a skill level normally acquired through high school education
• Ability to lift cases averaging 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
• Ability to operate a two-wheeled hand truck, pushing and pulling weights exceeding 150lbs

Education/Experience/Training

• Certified to operate the following Material Handling Equipment: forklifts (both stand up and sit down models), order pickers, electric jack, electric pallet jack preferred
• High school diploma/GED preferred
