Performance Food Group (Vistar) is seeking a warehouse administrator to support daily operations. Typical shift is Sunday through Thursday with Friday and Saturday off, starting Sunday at 11:30am and weekdays at 2:30pm, with overtime as needed.

The role involves directing warehouse personnel, creating loading maps, processing data entry, verifying orders, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining a safe work environment. Prior admin support experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 6+ months of admin support or related area.

Responsabilités

• Hand out work assignments to warehouse personnel under the direction of the warehouse supervisors.
• Prepare loading maps for all outbound routes.
• Completes data entry into the computer system.
• Verifies orders and reroutes loads as needed.
• Prepare shipping/billing documents in a timely manner.
• Promote a safety culture and awareness within area of responsibility.
• Support for selectors, loaders, and on duty management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
