Job summary

Michael’s Finer Meat & Seafood is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support picking, packing, assembly, sorting, shipping, and receiving to meet productivity and quality goals.

You will read production schedules, move materials between areas, and operate an electric pallet jack or stand-up forklift, with safety harness usage for cherry picker duties. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• May require 1–3 months related warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Read schedules and orders to determine items to move.
• Move materials between receiving, storage and shipping areas.
• Sort and label pallets for shipping.
• Operate electric pallet jack and stand-up forklift per safety rules.
• Ascend up to 25 ft in cherry picker with safety harness.
• Communicate with loaders, drivers, and forklift operators.
• Maintain safety practices and report hazards.
• Pack and prepare orders for loading.
