Job summary

U.S. AutoForce is hiring for a warehouse associate to load and unload tires and auto parts in a fast-paced environment in Hanover, MD. This role requires forklift operation, scanning inventory, and lifting heavy items with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
• Able to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Abide by company safety policies and state/federal regulations; follow SOPs.
• Ability to pass forklift certification; overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts using forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to locate and store tires and assist inventory control.
• Lift requirements: 50 pounds consistently; up to 80 pounds occasionally; team lifts for heavy tires.
• Operate at heights of up to 25 feet and maintain safety standards.
• Be on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Support other departments (ecomm, inventory, will call) as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures; follow supervisor instructions.
