Job summary

Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is seeking Night Shift Warehouse Associates to support our fast-paced operation. You will unload trailers, verify loads, and stage goods for put away while hitting accuracy and productivity targets.

Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, operating forklifts and other equipment, using WMS scanners, and assisting with inventories and cycle counts. RNDC offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; one year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Required to obtain certification and safely operate material handling equipment (MHE).
• Must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload a trailer, verify load accuracy and stage for put away.
• Pick and pack orders using label picking, scanners, or paper tickets.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per LM metrics.
• Operate MHE including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachments, and clamper trucks.
• Use WMS scan guns to maintain inventory and locations.
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
• Interact with team during shift hand-offs and with delivery/receiving crews.
