Job summary

Cardinal Health Saint Charles facility supports pharmaceutical supply chain and warehouse operations. This role focuses on receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely patient deliveries.

We welcome candidates with little warehouse experience who are ready to learn. You’ll be trained on equipment like order pickers and forklifts and must be able to lift 50 pounds and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with technologies, like computers or POS systems, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas as needed.
• Possibility to wear steel-toed boots in the warehouse.
• Work in cold temperatures during parts of the shift.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and perform inventory control tasks.
• Be willing to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment (order picker, forklift, reach truck, etc.).
