Lakeshirts, inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload and receive truck shipments, stock shelves, and perform cycle counting for garment production teams. The role requires independent work, forklift operation, and physical stamina to lift 30–50 lbs.

Typical day includes pulling orders, verifying garments, padding prints, and assisting with inventory management. Schedule is nights, with a pay range of $18–$20 per hour and benefits that support employee growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs continuously.
• Accurate counting and ability to read/verify order forms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pulls garment orders for production teams.
• Verifies correct garment, color and sizes by weighing/counting.
• Pads prints garments as needed.
• Cycle counting of garments to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Receives and unloads truck shipments; stocks shelves.
• Maintains clean and organized aisles and racks.
• Complies with 6S workplace standards.
