Job summary

Kids for the Future in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a full-time warehouse associate. You will work Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM start, with guaranteed 40 hours per week, handling order preparation and loading for delivery.

You’ll load/unload, operate forklifts, and follow safety standards while helping improve efficiency. Basic math, time management, teamwork, and forklift certification within 90 days are required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and organize orders from stock for delivery.
• Load products onto delivery trucks and keep items orderly.
• Follow warehouse safety standards and best practices.
• Provide feedback to management to improve operations.
• Assist in pre-picking for staging for next day.
• Replenish stock on racks and rollers for tomorrow's orders.
• Label products correctly for loading onto vehicles.
• Help improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Operate forklifts and assist with minor repairs when needed.
• Unload products from transfer trucks and store properly.
• Assist with moving trucks and deliveries as needed.
• Stay flexible for additional duties and overtime.
