Job summary

Lakeshirts is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload and receive truck shipments, stock shelves, and perform cycle counts. You will pull garment orders for production teams and verify garments by weight, color and size.

The role requires independent work, basic forklift ability, and physical stamina. The position offers a $18-$20 per hour pay range, a Monday-Thursday 4pm-2am schedule, and generous benefits including daily pay options, extensive insurance, up to 22 paid days off, a 401(k), and

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Accurate counting and verification of garments by size and color.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs continuously and work on your feet for long shifts.
• Familiar with MS Office products: Excel, Word, etc.

Responsibilities

• Unloading and receiving truck shipments and stocking shelves.
• Pulling garment orders for production teams and maintaining inventory.
• Perform cycle counting and verify garment type, color and size.
• Operate or assist with loading/unloading inventory and moving pallets.
• Maintain clean, organized aisles and follow 6S standards.
