Job summary

The Parts Authority is seeking Warehouse Associates in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. The role involves receiving, labeling, stocking, and replenishing inventory to support efficient distribution for our customer base.

We offer a 3rd shift (11:30 PM – 6:30 AM) at $19.00 per hour, with full-time benefits and opportunities for advancement in a growing company. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Follow directions (written and verbal)
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Able to lift 10–50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach
• May need to climb ladders or stairs and work in varying temperatures
• Must follow safety regulations and maintain workplace safety
• Experience in warehouse environment preferred (1–2 years)

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and store incoming stock; maintain inventory records
• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate stock management tools and equipment
• Inspect stock for damages and document issues
• Prepare and pick orders for shipment
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse space
• Interface with management to meet key objectives
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
