The Parts Authority is hiring Warehouse Associates in New Jersey to support rapid growth across our nationwide network. The role involves receiving, labeling, stocking, and preparing orders for shipment at our on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 10-50lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible and able to work various shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Scan items into the warehouse management system
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
• Organizing the warehouse space.
• Preparing orders for shipment.
• Picking orders for shipment.
• Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operating stock management tools such as pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
• Routine cleaning duties
• Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized
• Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations
