The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency, with opportunities to operate equipment and participate in process improvements. Training is provided on day one, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required; training provided starting your first day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow directions and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with technologies like computers or POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Be willing to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment (e.g., cherry picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie).
