Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment in a fast-paced Peabody, MA facility. You will pick, pack, and prepare shipments while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

The role offers Sunday, Monday, and Thursday shifts from 8:30pm to 12:30am, an estimated hourly range of $25.00–$25.70 with shift differential, and benefits including 401k contributions, PTO, and early wage access through myFlexPay. Training starts on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred with ability to read/write English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Willing to train and operate material handling equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders: pick, pack, and prepare shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and support projects.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory control; meet safety standards.
