Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Ridgeway, SC is hiring for a full-time Warehouse Associate to support next-day delivery by picking and loading orders. The role features a 4-night work week, Monday-Thursday with a 6pm start, and an hourly pay of $21 plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent, preferred
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training, preferred
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions

• Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment and Loading: Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line.
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and report deficiencies; operate material handling equipment safely.
• Safety and Compliance: Safely handle shipments, perform cleaning duties, and maintain safe work areas; comply with beverage alcohol handling requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment and Loading

• Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line.
• Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance

• Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and reports any deficiencies.
• Move product by safely and responsibly operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack and floor scrubber, as needed.

Safety and Compliance

• Safely and properly handling shipments and replenishment of product.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and reports any unsafe work area conditions.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product.

Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent, preferred

Physical Demands of Job

• Carrying and lifting of up to 65 pounds to perform various duties as assigned for extended periods
• Frequent reaching with intermittent reaching overhead

• Frequent squatting and/or bending to perform various duties as assigned
