Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is hiring for a full-time Warehouse Associate on a 4-night, 6pm-start shift. You will pick and load orders for next-day delivery, building dock-route orders accurately and loading trucks per schedule.

The role requires experience in warehouse operations, ability to follow English instructions, and strong communication and multitasking skills. Eligible for benefits within 30 days, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent is preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training is preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
• Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment and Loading: Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line.
• Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics.
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and report deficiencies.
• Move product by safely operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack and floor scrubber.
• Safety and Compliance: Safely handle shipments and replenishment of product; perform cleaning and maintenance; handle beverage alcohol product safely.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment and Loading

• Safely and properly handling shipments and replenishment of product.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and reports any unsafe work area conditions.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product.

Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent, preferred
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training, preferred

Physical Demands Of Job

• Carrying and lifting of up to 65 pounds to perform various duties as assigned for extended periods

• Frequent squatting and/or bending to perform various duties as assigned
