Kids for the Future in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a full-time warehouse associate. You will work Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM start, with guaranteed 40 hours per week, handling order preparation and loading for delivery.
You’ll load/unload, operate forklifts, and follow safety standards while helping improve efficiency. Basic math, time management, teamwork, and forklift certification within 90 days are required.
Schedule:Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM start. End times vary based on nightly production - some shifts may be shorter than 10 hours, while others may run longer.No regular Friday–Sunday schedule.
Guaranteed 40 hours/week
Assemble and organize orders from stock and seamlessly place them on our warehouse conveyor system to get ready for delivery.
Carefully load products onto delivery trucks, making sure everything is in perfect order to prevent breakage.
Follow all warehouse safety standards and best practices to ensure efficiency and safety at all times.
Continuously provide valuable feedback to management to help us improve our operations and processes.
Assist in pre-picking products for staging to streamline the next day's activities.
Keep our warehouse flowing by replenishing stock on racks and roller systems for tomorrow's orders.
Label products correctly so they are loaded onto the right delivery vehicles.
Be a part of the conversation when it comes to improving safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Keep your work area clean and organized to maintain a safe, efficient environment.
Operate forklifts and help with minor conveyor system repairs when needed.
Assist with unloading products from transfer trucks and ensure everything is properly stored.
Sometimes lend a hand with moving trucks in and out of loading bays and assist drivers with deliveries when needed.
Stay flexible, ready to take on additional duties or work overtime as needed. Your role is essential to our team’s success!

Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution is a plus.
