International Recovery Systems is seeking a Primary Spotter to drive overnight routes, locate vehicles, and generate recovery opportunities for our tow teams. This field-based role emphasizes finding high-probability accounts and maintaining a low profile to ensure successful recoveries.

You will work nights, communicate live opportunities to Recovery Agents, and rely on company systems to log notes and track progress.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and dependable with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work independently on the road for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in notes and reporting.
• Effective communication with Recovery Agents and field teams.

Responsabilités

• Search for vehicles up for repossession within your assigned zones.
• Target new accounts for recovery opportunities.
• Maintain your zone to company standards and check in regularly.
• Communicate live recovery opportunities to field agents.
• Use required technology efficiently and effectively.
• Update account notes with accurate information.
• Recheck accounts within 3–5 days for potential opportunities.
• Meet minimum check-in requirements and work overnight shifts.
