Job summary

International Recovery Systems is seeking a Primary Spotter in Camden, NJ. This on-site, field-based role starts the recovery process by locating vehicles and generating opportunities for tow teams. Night shifts run roughly 10pm–6am, with earnings tied to performance and commissions based on results.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision while managing multiple accounts and zones to maximize recovery opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overnight on field-based routes.
• Ability to locate vehicles for repossession.
• Self-motivation and reliability in independent work.

Responsibilities

• Search for vehicles up for repossession within assigned zones.
• Target new accounts for recovery opportunities.
• Maintain zone to company standards; check in at least every 5 days and sustain 10% or lower of total assignments.
• Communicate live recovery opportunities to field agents.
• Use required technology efficiently and effectively.
• Update account notes with accurate, timely information.
• Recheck accounts within 3–5 days for new opportunities.
• Support overall recovery success.
• Meet minimum check-in requirements per night; typical schedule 10pm-6am.
