Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Valet Supervisor for the Midnight shift in Detroit. The position pays $20 per hour plus tips and eligible employees may earn additional tips beyond the posted rate.

Responsibilities include customer service, vehicle inspection before parking, explaining rates, and adhering to safety and policy standards. A valid driver’s license and flexible shifts are required; the role supports SP+'s commitment to safety and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work 2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests efficiently and communicating proactively with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets, landmarks, and freeways for a seamless transport experience.
• Come to work in clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
