Beacon Health System is seeking a part-time night Ultrasound Tech in Memorial Hospital's Radiology Services Department in South Bend, IN. You will perform diagnostic sonography including abdomen, OB/GYN, and vascular studies, with occasional interventional scans, following radiologist guidance.

The role offers a sign-on bonus and a benefits package. You will report to the Director/Coordinator, maintain ARDMS/ARRT(S) certification, and support high-quality patient care in a community hospital

Qualifications

• ARDMS or ARRT(S) certification is required to maintain the position.
• Abdomen, OB/GYN and RVT certifications are preferred.
• Six months ultrasound experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all ultrasound examinations according to department protocols.
• Obtain clinical history and communicate with referring physicians.
• Explain procedures and involve patients in their care.
• Prepare and upload images to PACS and complete reports.
