Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift position in Florida. The candidate must have 4+ years of experience and EPIC proficiency, with an active RRT credential and Florida license.

The role operates 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 3x12 schedule, with every-other-weekend availability. Travel and local candidates are paid at the same rate; RTO must be submitted with the application and scrubs policy applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Respiratory Therapy experience.
• Active RRT credential required.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Active Florida state license required.
• NRP certification preferred.
• L&D/NICU experience preferred for the night shift.
• Active license required for consideration; pending licenses not accepted.
• Two professional references from a supervisor within the last year.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season (10/31-3/31); exemptions only.

Responsibilities

• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (3x12).
• Variable scheduling with every other weekend requirement.
• Float between multiple hospital locations as needed.
• Holiday coverage required.
• No on-call requirements.
• Uses EPIC EMR system.
