American Traveler is seeking a Travel MRI Technologist for a night shift in Plantation, FL. The role requires 2+ years of MRI experience and ARRT MR certification, with BLS and licensure as applicable. The position entails hospital-based imaging in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

The technologist will operate GE 1.5T MRI equipment, document via Meditech EMR, and work a night schedule with no on-call expectations. Travel and licensure reimbursements are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience.
• ARRT (MR) certification.
• BLS certification.
• License required if applicable.
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based MRI department with a 250-bed facility and a staff of 5.
• Night shift schedule, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
• Uses GE 1.5T MRI equipment.
• Documentation via Meditech EMR.
• No call requirements.
• High volume unit with a single magnet.
• High acuity patient population.
• Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered.
