Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a night-shift MRI Technologist for an acute care hospital. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in an acute care setting and active EMR proficiency. It includes a 4x10 hour night schedule Sunday-Wednesday, 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM, at 40 hours per week for a 13-week assignment.

Local candidates eligible for local rate within 50 miles. Travel experience is preferred, with references and licensure as applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting within a specialized unit in the last 2 years.
• Must have completed at least 2 travel assignments in the past 12 months working full time in an acute care setting.
• Current EMR experience required.
• Active state license required, if applicable.
• Two clinical references required from the last two places of employment, covering the past year, with at least one from a Nurse Manager or Director.
• References must include facility names, specialties, dates worked, supervisor name, bed count, trauma level, and travel/non-travel status.
• 7-year employment history required, including facility names, specialties, and dates worked, with explanations for any gaps over 30 days.
• Current skills checklist valid within the past year.

Responsibilities

• MRI department in an acute care hospital setting
