Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN with charge experience for a night shift at a critical access hospital in Washington. WA/compact RN license and current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC are required (NRP preferred). Minimum 1 year ED and 1 year charge nurse experience is expected.

Responsibilities include treating adult and pediatric emergencies, triage, using Epic for charting, and potential float between facilities. Night schedule and holiday commitments apply.

Qualifications

Active WA or compact RN license at submission
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (NRP preferred)
Minimum 1 year of ED experience
Minimum 1 year of charge nurse experience
Pediatric and adult ED conditions experience preferred

Responsibilities

Treats a combined adult/pediatric population in a 23-bed ED at a critical access hospital
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–07:00; rotating weekends
Float between units and sister facilities as needed
Use Epic for charting; provide emergency care across broad conditions
