American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a busy Emergency Department in Washington. WA or compact license is required, with at least 2 years of ED RN experience and current certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS/TNCC).

Driver's license is also required at the time of consideration. The role involves 12-hour night shifts in a Level 4-like ED, with telemetry, EPIC EMR usage, and a fast-paced, 21-bed department.

Qualifications

• WA license as RN required and must be current.
• Minimum 2 years ED RN experience in a high-volume setting.
• Active BLS/ACLS/NIHSS/PALS/TNCC certifications required; NRP preferred.
• Driver's license required at time of consideration; no pending certifications.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct emergency care in a 21-bed ED with trauma bays.
• Triage, monitor telemetry, and manage critical drips and codes.
• Read cardiac rhythms and assist in CT/X-ray–adjacent department tasks.
• Support ER staff with patient care; float as needed and work night shifts.
• Document in EPIC EMR; participate in post-acute transfers and patient handoffs.
