Job summary

Ally Waste Services in Tampa, FL is hiring part-time Trash Valet (Night Collector). Earn $40 per night working a short evening schedule 5 nights per week (Sunday-Thursday, start 7pm).

Each shift lasts about 1–2 hours. You need a valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance, reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup, a smartphone, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation - Open Bed Pickup Truck Required.
• Smartphone
• Ability to carry up to 30lbs and stay active for 1–2 hours, including stairs.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
