Ally Waste Services is hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) to earn $40/night with a short evening schedule. Shifts run Sunday-Thursday starting at 7pm and typically last 1–2 hours per night.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance, reliable transportation with an open bed pickup truck, and a smartphone. You’ll work outdoors, collecting bags and uploading photos via our app.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance with you listed as covered driver.
• Reliable transportation with open bed pickup truck required.
• Smartphone required for app use.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and be active for 1–2 hours.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
