Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to manage driver supervision, training, and safety compliance for a night shift schedule. The role includes monitoring DOT logs, coordinating driver payroll, and ensuring efficient deliveries.

You will work with the Transportation/Operations team to optimize routes and maintain vehicle safety and paperwork accuracy. Ideal candidates have a Class A CDL and 2–4 years of related experience, with strong knowledge of DOT rules and fleet management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years transportation or related experience including knowledge of DOT and safety regulations, plus experience in operation of computerized fleet management systems.
• Class A CDL license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Assists in scheduling and ensures deliveries and pickups are timely.
• Rides with drivers for training/evaluation.
• Assists in day-to-day administration of transportation and delivery functions; may include payroll review and expense reports.
