Job description

* $23 to $28 per hour depending on experience
* $500 employment bonus after 6 months and $500 employment bonus after 12 months of employment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle and complete reports; distribute as directed.
2. Safely and efficiently deliver products to warehouses in Eastern Washington and Idaho using truck, forklift, pallet jack, ride-on jack, and/or hand truck.
3. Collect or pick up empty containers, rejects, or unsold merchandise.
4. Collect money from Eastern WA and Idaho locations and bring it back to the main warehouse for deposit in the safe.
5. Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
6. Maintain all required certifications mandated by DOT and company safety programs.
7. Maintain and protect all property in excellent condition.
8. Implement improvements to enhance profits, quality, and service.
9. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team operations.

Job Requirements

1. CDL A license required.
2. Must be at least 21 years old.
3. Clean driving record, no SR22 insurance.
4. Provide copies of CDL and DMV record prior to start.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Beverage delivery experience preferred.
7. Strong customer relation skills.
8. Good interoffice and department relations.

Physical Demands

1. Must regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 170 pounds (full beer kegs).
2. Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand carts safely.

1. Work may involve moderate to high noise levels and outdoor weather conditions.
