Job summary

Prospect Infosys Inc is seeking a Transportation Technician 3 to work overnight in a control room environment, monitoring roadways with CCTV and other ITS devices to ensure safe, efficient traffic flow. The role requires handling incidents with minimal supervision, coordinating with responders, and operating multiple traffic management systems.

This is a 5‑month contract on a 1099 basis with a night schedule.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Proficient with MS Office and Outlook.
• Dispatch or call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor roadways via CCTV and traffic devices.
• Operate traffic management systems to manage incidents.
• Coordinate with agencies to deploy responders.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Suggest improvements to traffic conditions.
