Chick-fil-A Rogers is hiring Back of House Team Members to prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely while delivering Chick-fil-A standards. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with opportunities to learn from experienced leadership and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned; adhere to rules and dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.
