Chick-fil-A Pine Bluff is hiring a Back of House Team Member to join our kitchen operations. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently while maintaining Chick-fil-A standards.

Ideal candidates are friendly, punctual, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Full-time or part-time hours available with opportunities for growth and staff meals; Sundays closed in many locations.

Back of House (BOH) Team Member

Responsibilities:

• Strong work ethic - consistent, reliable, punctual
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies, including hygiene and dress code, at all times
• Other duties as assigned
