Chick-fil-A Boise is seeking friendly Front of House Team Members to join our dining team. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure fast, accurate service in a clean, welcoming environment.

We offer part-time and full-time schedules with opportunities for advancement and leadership development. Includes paid training, meal discounts, and benefits for eligible positions.

Pay & Opportunities

Front of House Team Member

• Part-Time (Closing or 3 weekday lunches/week):Starting at$15.00/hr, with opportunities to earnup to $16.50/hrafter completing training.
• Full-Time:Starting at$15.75/hr, with opportunities to earnup to $17.25/hrafter completing training.

Leadership Opportunities

• Full-Time Team Leader:$18.90/hr
• Part-Time Team Leader:$17.85/hr

Additional Pay Rates

• Part-Time (non-closing):$12.00/hr
• Under 16 years old:$9.00/hr

Please Note:

• Pay is based onyour availability during the school year, not summer availability.
• We are hiring forlong-term team membersand arenot currently hiring for seasonal-only positions.
