Chick-fil-A Boise Front of House is hiring team members to deliver the brand's warm hospitality and create remarkable guest experiences. Part-time or full-time roles offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow as a leader within a locally owned restaurant.

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll take orders, serve guests with speed and care, maintain a clean dining room, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Availability for dinner and/or closing shifts is required.

We are looking for great team members that are available to work dinner and/or closing shifts during the school year. Must be available at least 3 dinner/closing shifts.

Pay & Opportunities

Front of House Team Member

• Part-Time (Closing or 3 weekday lunches/week):Starting at$15.00/hr, with opportunities to earnup to $16.50/hrafter completing training.
• Full-Time:Starting at$15.75/hr, with opportunities to earnup to $17.25/hrafter completing training.

Leadership Opportunities

• Full-Time Team Leader:$18.90/hr
• Part-Time Team Leader:$17.85/hr

Additional Pay Rates

• Part-Time (non-closing):$12.00/hr
• Under 16 years old:$9.00/hr

Please Note:

• Pay is based onyour availability during the school year, not summer availability.
• We are hiring forlong-term team membersand arenot currently hiring for seasonal-only positions.
